Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for overall all technical, research, product & platform development and project management;
• Supervise, recruit, train and expand the R&D team with high standard to achieve high performance;
• Assist the CEO to develop technology and product development road-maps, strategies, plannings, innovations, implementations to reach our ambitious goals;
• Architect Enterprise Software Design & Development, provide competitive products and solutions with cutting-edge technologies and innovations;
• Responsible for our internal information technology management to improve our corporation governance to the next level
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in computer science, math or similar majors;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields, R&D team management experience (start-up • experience is preferred);
• Understand Big Data industry (digital advertising experience is preferred), strong in project management, minimum 3 years experience as a technical Director or CTO;
• Solid experience in large scale enterprise software product development and project management;
• Sharp sense about Big Data markets and the trend of technologies in the global and local markets;
• Able to implement cutting-edge technology and innovation based on the needs of customers and businesses, advise for strategic plannings;
• Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese, familiar with Mainland Chinese culture;
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge & experience in data mining, experience in digital advertising is preferred;
• Professional, ethical and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
