A leading Chinese e-commerce company is looking for a Technical Director for its office in Shanghai, China. Experienced technical leader in worldwide top internet companies is desired, experience in online business and travel industry is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
• Co work with Business Dept. and Product dept. to setup the target and Strategy;
• In charge of establishing and managing the size of more than 100+ high-performance team;
• Full responsible for leading the team to manage, develop, design, test the company's Websiteand business systems;
• Responsible for analyzing the development needs and making out the development plans;
• Continuously improving both development method and the entire development process;
• Manage the team, to promote the development manager, project manager, architect and test manager for technical communication and to complete the task on time;
• Coordinate the communication between the team members and cross team members efficiently;
• Lead the team to build a large-scale distributed, scalable, and efficient e-commerce site;
• Take our technology 2.0 as a goal, to achieve technical 10X growth
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
• Minimum 12 years hands on experience of software development, and minimum 8 years team management experiences;
• Excellent execution and delivery capabilities. Complete work projects and business activities together with senior management
• Proficient in database design, deeply understand the core technology of large databases SQL SERVER
• Proficient in . net or java, Internet experience is preferred.;
• Have good communication skills, coordination and team work spirit, willing to accept the challenge;
• Large-scale high concurrent access Web application architecture design and development experience is preferred;
• Has a good sense of ownership for product;
• Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent discipline, Master degree is a plus.
