A leading Chinese e-commerce company is looking for bilingual top talent for its office in Shanghai, China. Experienced Director/Manager in Marketing and Business Development at top global internet companies is desired, experience in online business or travel industry is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Focus on developing new business relationship with key airlines to develop more market suitable products.
2.Develop marketing plan for flight product.
3.Resolves issues raised by related departments; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations.
4.In contact with headquarter to implement national agreements.
5.Review & propose pricing schedule to maximize revenue and profits.
6.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, monthly and annual sales analyses.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Excellent command of English or Chinese
3. Ability to manage stressful situations.
4. Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
5. Team player and pronounced winning mentality with positive mindset.
6. Airlines or agency background is not necessary but will be a plus
