Team Module Requirement
Natural language processing Natural language processing Above Master degree ,major in NLP, familiar with c/c++, per or python ，1 person
Image processing Image processing Above Master degree ,major in Image processing, familiar with c/c++,have experiences on deep learning Image processing，2 persons
Data Spider,data mining Data capture experiences，big data processing experiences is a plus，familiar with python, c/c++,1 person
Retrieval index、Sorting Above Master Degree with related experiences on retrieval, familiar with c/c++,1 person
Position 1: Assistant Researcher/Researcher---NLP (1-2 person)
Responsibility:
1. Text sorting, keywords extraction, entity recognition, entity attribute extraction & Mining entity relationship etc. related to NLP work
2. Intention recognition of query term & query rewrite
3. Development on core Algorithm of personalization recommendation based on user behavior
Qualification:
1. Above Master Degree & above 2 years related development experiences preferred
2. Familiar with NLP, data Mining, pattern recognition , personalization recommendation, machine learning etc.
3. Strong learning ability, good communication skill
Position 2: Assistant Researcher/Researcher---Web capture & Analysis (1 person)
Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for Web capture and analysis in certain websites
2. Be responsible for technology supporting to team (Web capture and analysis)---Researcher role
Qualification:
1. Above Master Degree with at least 2 years experiences on Web capture and analysis
2. Familiar with Web capture and analysis
3. Strong learning ability, good communication skill
Position 3: Assistant Researcher/Researcher---Algorithm of Image retrieval (1-2 persons)
Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for image retrieval sorting & query classification
2. Be responsible for Algorithm-machine learning development on image retrieval
Qualification:
1. Above Master Degree with at least 2 years related experiences
2. Familiar with data mining, machine learning, pattern recognition ,have deep learning image processing experiences is a plus
3. Strong learning ability, good communication skill
Position 4：Senior Image retrieval developer (1 person)
Responsibility
1. Design & development on framework of image research, optimization on back-end of framework, stabilization & performance
Qualification:
1. Above Master Degree with at least 2 years related experiences
2. Solid knowledge of c/c++ and programming, have experiences on big-scale system design
3. Strong learning ability, good communication skill
