Summary:
A leading Chinese e-commerce & online services company is looking for a Product Director for its office in Shanghai. Experienced product leader in worldwide top internet companies is desired. Experience in online business and travel & hotel industry is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
• Build an excellent product team. Supplement R&D center and develop, training the technical team to enhance the experience of Internet products;
• Continue to reduce costs, improve staff efficiency and enhance the user experience to push business growth;
• Lead the product team strictly compliance documentation quality standards and process specifications, and constantly improve the quality of the product;
• Developing our new technology to achieve substantial growth;
• Execute Performance management projects, including set up targets for each product team staff. And to develop a personal development plan; Provide relevant training and development opportunities, and conduct regular assessments;
• Maintain close relationship with the whole company product team and relevant functional departments. Ensure to obtain timely and effective support;
• Promote and provide a good working attitude, and efficient working environment to workmates. Facilitate communication between team members and other area between the teams. Effectively resolve the situation of differences or conflicts and remove barriers;
Job Requirement:
• Minimum 8 years team management experiences; Minimum 5 years Product team management experience in the well-known internet companies;
• In the online services industry with keen market insight, analysis ability, have their own opinions and ideas for the subsequent development of the industry;
• Have strong explore ability, negotiation skills, communication skills, planning and coordination capacity;
• Have excellent Internet project management capabilities. Can deliver projects on time and with very high quality, results-oriented personality;
• Success ambitious, responsibility and has a strong sense of innovation and a pioneering spirit. Can influence others;
• Be good at pushing engineering culture’s development;
• Some Ability to multitask, handle multiple projects with demonstrated follow-through.
