• Location: USA (San Francisco Bay Area) or China (Shanghai, Suzhou or Shenzhen)

A China based company and a world leader in engineering services is seeking a strategic account manager. The strategic account manager needs to be a good communicator who is able to work with the customer at all organization levels. The primary responsibilities of the position are to attain sales goals, implement account management strategies related to its products, and to grow its market share by attracting new customers.
Responsibilities:
• Manages key accounts, develops and maintains relationships with individuals at all levels of the key accounts
• Takes the lead role in price negotiations, technical coordination and customer satisfaction
• Proactively reaches out to customers to set up presentations/meetings
• Proven track record of quota achievement and relationship with key decision makers
• Responsible for managing and satisfying the requirements of strategic customers
• Prospect for new business opportunities with both potential and existing customers
• Establish new business targets consistent with long term growth objectives
• Must work globally across the company and the customer organizations;
• Provide strong project management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a relevant field or equivalent
• 5+ years of position related experience
• Good team player who has strong cross functional team leadership skills
• Ability to expand relationships with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and customer management skills
• Creative and critical thinking skills
• A sense of commitment and a strong desire to succeed
• Limited travel may needed
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin will be a big plus
