Global Key Account Manager
Title: Global Key Account Manager
To attain sales goals, implement account management strategies related to the company's products, and to grow it’s market share by attracting new customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Manages key accounts, develops and maintains relationships with individuals at all levels.
2.Build, Train and Manage sales team to achieve team targets.
3.Takes the lead role in price negotiations, technical coordination and customer satisfaction.
4.Proactively reaches out to customers to set up presentations/meetings.
5.Proven track record of quota achievement and relationship creation with key decision makers, sales team management.
6.Responsible for managing and satisfying the requirements of strategic customers.
7.Prospect for new business opportunities with both potential and existing customers. 8.Establish new business targets consistent with long term growth objectives.
9.Must work globally across the company and the customer organizations.
10.Provides strong project management skills.
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electronics or a relevant field or equivalent
Working Experience: Five or more years of position related experience
Knowledge & Skills:
a. Good team player who has strong cross functional team leadership skills
b. Ability to expand relationships with strong interpersonal and communication skills
c. Excellent negotiation and customer management skills
d. Creative and critical thinking skills
e. A sense of commitment and a strong desire to succeed
f. Must be able to travel as require
g. Fluent in both English & Mandarin
